    Ordering Information

    Can I cancel an order?

    If your order has not already been delivered, or has not already been shipped and left our warehouse, we can easily cancel it. To do so, please contact our customer service department immediately at 888-224-7110. If your order has already been sent out for delivery we will be unable to cancel it. If your order is scheduled for a delivery date in the future, you can call us at 1-888-224-7110, or send us an e-mail with your request to cancel, and you will receive a cancellation confirmation from us.

     

    Can I change the date of my order's delivery?

    If your order has not been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we will be happy to change its intended delivery date. To request a change to your delivery date, send us an e-mail or contact customer service at 1-888-224-7110.

     

    Can I change the delivery address?

    We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or has not already been shipped and left our warehouse. To request a change to your order's delivery address, please contact customer service at 1-888-224-7110.

     

    Can I split cases?

    To make ordering from us easier, we will split cases in half as long as the sizes of the product are the same.

     

    Do the Barravox boxes have lids or tops?

    No, the Barravox boxes we presently carry are all designed to replace gift baskets and thus do not have lids or tops.

     

    Do you make custom boxes?

    Do you offer free shipping?

    No, all of our products are shipped FOB, Orange, CA.

     

    Do you private label your products, and/or do you ship your products without labels?

    Yes, many of our products can be shipped without labels. There is no additional charge for this service. The pricing for private label items are identical to our Wholesale Price Lists, there are no discounts unless you have reached the quantities outlined above.     How do I find out which products are available outside of the United States?

    We do not ship outside the usa unless you have a shipper in the USA that will then in turn ship to you!

     

    How do I pay for my order?

    First-time customers are required to make full payment by credit card or money order before an order can be processed. First-time orders paid by credit card will be shipped immediately. For first-time orders paid by money order, if payment is not received within 10 business days or your order will be cancelled. We do not ship orders COD.

    Please make checks or money orders payable to Gift Basket Supplies. Returned or unpaid check charges is $25 per NSF check and/or applicable attorney fees for cost of collection.

    If you wish to pay with MasterCard® or Visa®, please have the card number, the expiration date, and the person's name imprinted on the card. The cardholder's name and billing address are subject to verification.

     

    How do we ship?

    Whenever possible, we master pack cartons or strap multiple cartons together to save you money on shipping charges. The primary methods of shipping are via United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx® Corporation. Please see the delivery schedules of these carriers to receive the normal delivery time schedules. Other carriers are available including but limited to common carrier freight lines and airfreight. We do not ship via the United States Postal Service. When choosing an alternate service, certain restrictions may apply and additional charges may result. If you have a preferred carrier other than UPS, please ask.

    Rush delivery service is available via UPS Next Day Air®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS 3 Day Select®, and FedEx Express® at a charge greater than ground service. Please remember that most rush delivery charges are based on dimensional weight or real weight (whichever is greater) and result in higher freight charges.

    Actual UPS shipping charges may vary slightly due to the number of shipping cartons used to pack your order. The number of delivery days are based on the number of business days following the day of shipment (not including Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). This approximation may vary and weather-related delays are not subject to freight refunds or adjustments.

     

    How much weight do Barravox boxes hold?

    The medium size container should hold at least 23 pounds.

    The large size container should hold at least 30 pounds

     

    Is it safe to use my credit card online?

    We do not process your credit card number online. We only transmit that data over normal operating lines at our factory in Orange, CA. In addition, your online password adds another layer of security to your guest profile.

    These measures make it very unlikely that your credit card information will be compromised online. However, in the event of an unauthorized use of your credit card, notify your credit card provider or issuing bank in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. You are protected by regulations that cover credit card purchases and limit your liability to a maximum of $50 in charges.

    Gift Basket Supplies does not rent or sell information we receive from web orders or e-mail registrations to third parties.

     

    Is my order large enough to qualify for a discount?

    To qualify for discounts you must purchase in pallet quantities. The pallet quantities begin for:
    • Barravox at 50 cases
    • Fontazzi at 49 cases
    • Snack Works at 49 cases

    Is my order taxable?

    Because we sell wholesale for resale, products from any of our divisions are non-taxable, no matter where you are located. Barravox containers are taxable to California companies if we do not have a copy of your current California Resale license on file. A California Resale number alone is not sufficient documentation.

     

    What about backorders?

    We will contact you if any item is unavailable at the time your order is ready to ship. You will have the option to back order the item or cancel the balance of your order at that time.

     

    What about returning an order or an item?

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order! If not, merchandise can be returned for exchange or a refund, whichever you prefer. Call customer service for a return authorization, but please arrange for any returns within 5 days of receipt. No returns are accepted after 14 days. Product damaged in shipping must be reported to Gift Basket Supplies within 2 days of receipt. Please keep damaged shipping containers, which the carrier requires to process a damage claim. If you do not keep the damaged shipping containers, the claim will not be processed and no credits will be issued. Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the order must be returned to us freight prepaid.

     

    What are the sizes of the Barravox Boxes?

    Large size boxes are 11 inches x 6.5 inches x 8 inches high.

    Diamond size boxes are 6.5 inches on each side, 4.5 inches high in front and 8 inches high in back.

    Medium size boxes are 7.5 inches x 4.5 inches x 5.5 inches high.

     

    What happens after I place an order?

    As a general rule, all orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. It is very common that orders will be shipped the same day or the very next business day. Occasionally during the holiday rush of November and December, some orders will be shipped up to 72 hours after receipt. If you need an order to be rushed out, please call us at 800-428-0522 and we will try and accommodate your request. We know how important it is for you to have a reliable source of inventory.

    ONLINE: When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will have an online order confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. Your order is then sent over a secure connection to Gift Basket Supplies. If there are any problems with your order, one of our customer service representatives will contact you by phone or email.

    FAX: All FAX orders are confirmed either by e-mail, telephone, or return FAX.

    MAIL: All orders received by mail are confirmed either by e-mail, telephone, or FAX.

    TELEPHONE: Your order, pricing, delivery, and payment information will be verbally verified to you with your customer service representative.

     

    What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?

    You will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after Gift Basket Supplies receives your order. If you do not receive this message within four hours of placing your order, there might be a delay on the Web due to traffic. If this happens, please feel free to contact us at 1-888-224-7110, to ensure that your order is being processed.

     

    What size are the Fontazzi products?

    • Select size bags when flat are 5.25 inches by 11.75 inches.
    • Petite size bags when flat are 4 inches by 9 inches.
    • Both sizes of bags are also heat sealed for freshness in addition to the decorative rope ties.

     

    What was the total charged to my credit card?

    When you place your order online, you are presented with the price of the merchandise as well as the freight charge that is applicable. Immediately following receipt of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation via e-mail. This e-mail will include an itemized list of the charges. Any discounts that may have been applied will be reflected in the e-mail you receive.

     

    When will my credit card be charged?

    We will secure authorization on your credit card offline just before we ship your order. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified via telephone or e-mail from our customer service center.

     

    When will my order arrive?

    When placing your order, you will be asked to request a delivery date. Gift Basket Supplies generally ships out your order the next business day or at the most, 48 hours after placing the order. We will generally ship via UPS Ground. If you selected a RUSH SERVICE, 2nd Business Day Air or Priority Overnight will be delivered at an additional charge and are delivered during normal business hours. To check the status of an order, you can call 1-888-224-7110, or send us an e-mail message.

     

    Where is my order shipped from?

    All orders are shipped FOB our factory at 612 N. Eckhoff St., Orange, CA 92868, a suburb of Los Angeles. We have both standard height loading docks and a truck ramp for vehicles of non-standard height.

     

    Which credit cards are accepted?

    We accept MasterCard, and VISA. We do not at the present time accept American Express or Discover.

     

    Why is my basket empty?

    If the products you select are not showing up in your basket, one of two things is probably happening. You may not be fully adding the product to your basket or your browser may not be set up to work properly with the basket.

    First, when you select a product, make sure you completely fill in the shipping information and click on either the "Shop More" button or the "Check Out Now" button on the bottom of the page. This should add that product to your basket. (You can confirm this by clicking on the "Shopping Basket" button, which is in the top navigation bar on every page.)

    If your product is still not showing in your basket, your browser could be set up to not accept "cookies." This site uses cookies to keep the items you've added to your order associated with you. We do not put any personal or billing information in these cookies, so there is no security risk in accepting them. You can change your browser option to accept cookies in the preferences menu selection for your browser. Or, you can place your order with Gift Basket Supplies by calling 1-888-224-7110.
